Please bring a photocopy of your child's birth certificate
SRAA membership fee - New Members $50, Annual Renewal $20

Eligibility: Ages 4-18 as of April 30th
Registration Fees: $135 per player, $20 jersey fee, ($10 family discount each additional child) plus membership fee, if applicable.
